I found some details when there is a "need and necessity " and I am still confused that this ruling the way is being used in Canadian society does not give me the clear understanding of it. Kindly elaborate how to define the boundaries with some examples of canadian ppl lives where it might be considered permissible to buy house using conventional banking. 2. I need to know about any halal RESPs available in Canada and what to check while selecting that. 3. Assalamualaikum, Hazrat Mera sawaal installment pe kuch khareene ke mutalliq hai. For Example if I want to buy a car or bike. The current price on Cash Payment for eg. Rs 1,00,000, I do not have that amount with me, they have scheme if I will make them the payment by installment in 10 months, but installment amount is Rs 11,000. So the final cost will come Rs 1,10,000 in 10 months. Is It permissible or not. On documents they write clearly that take the Bike on instalment by paying 11000 per month 10% Interest per month. Rs 10000 per month installment + 10 % interest so it comes to 11000 per month. Also request you to please help us with clear points so that it will be easy for us in future to buy things on installment.?
